Information Sessions

Definition:  A time when Company recruiters reserve a room on campus to invite students to come and learn about their company career opportunities.

 

Employers want to meet and talk with you!

 

Information Sessions are a great way to learn about career opportunities with an employer or to learn about how your major will fit into industry!

 

A typical Company Information Session is 1 hour and includes a company overview, a ½ hour presentation by the recruiters and a question and answer time.

If you are trying to decide what to do with your degree, or pick a major, these meetings are a terrific way to find out details that will help you decide!

 

Student Hosts –
The Career Center arranges a Student Host for each Company Information Session to help the recruiters set-up the laptop/.projector system, arrange chairs, check on catering and most important of all - simply make them feel welcome to our campus!
